Last Sunday I had a bit of a dilemma… I was scheduled to climb Croagh Patrick with a group of students from UL. It was a team building exercise and I had been planning it months in advance. After an early start on Saturday morning and a bumpy journey up, I started to feel a bit off.

I recently had a 3 hour personal branding photo-shoot for my new website launching next month. If you knew me personally then you will know that it took me years to look myself in the mirror or to like any photos of myself, so you can imagine what a photo-shoot triggered in my mind.
